Automatic reminders
Reminders email customers whose invoices are overdue, on the schedule you define (say at 7, 30 and 60 days late). Every reminder is logged on the invoice.
- 1Turn on reminders and choose the delays and the tone of the messages.
- 2Exclude a specific customer or invoice if needed.
- 3Review the history of reminders sent on each invoice.
Recurring invoices
A recurring invoice is a template that generates itself at the chosen frequency (monthly, quarterly, yearly): rent, retainer fees, maintenance contracts. The generated invoice can be emailed automatically.
- Everything is driven by the daily automation: no manual step once configured.
